The REDEFINE project in collaboration with CHERN and the University of York will be hosting its next Global China Seminar on Thursday 26th September at 12:30 – 14:00 (BST). Dr Qiong He, Lecturer at the University of St Andrews will deliver a talk on “Infrastructuring mobility via state-led school franchising: Leveraging public educational resources to facilitate middle-class residential mobility”.
